Shimon Palmer | Tekoa Settler
Shimon Palmer lives in the settlement of Tekoa. In 2011, his brother and nephew were killed on a West Bank highway by a Palestinian who was later convicted of murder for throwing a rock through the windshield of the car. Palmer is a follower of the late Rabbi Menachem Froman, who believed in seeking peace through religious connections between Israelis and Palestinians.
