Nasri Sabarna is the Mayor of Bet Ommar, a town in the southern West Bank near Hebron. He’s advocated for progressive policies toward women in the schools and in the workplace, and is a strong advocate of reconciliation and a two-state solution. He is also teaches English at a college in Hebron and has a background in teaching and educational research.
